Edward Ruffolo

Edward Ruffolo joined Neenah, Wisconsin’s Miron Construction Co., Inc., in 2020 and continues to lead the company in areas of innovation and disruptive use of information technology in his position as the director of technology innovation. He has successfully introduced a number of technological innovations throughout his career at Miron, including digital transformation services and robotic process automation.

In addition to his work at Miron, Edward Ruffolo leverages his knowledge and experience with innovative technologies to make presentations at conferences involving data analytics and construction technology.

Edward Ruffolo studied finance as an undergraduate at Marquette University in Milwaukee. After graduating magna cum laude as the class’s top finance student, he continued his education in a master of business administration program. While working towards his degree, which he achieved in 1987, he spent time as both a teaching assistant and research assistant.

Beyond his interest in technology and innovation, Mr. Ruffolo is an avid supporter of public education. He is especially interested in improving outcomes and opportunities for students living with disabilities, a passion he brings to his work as an elected member of the local school board.
